Refurbishing

Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists provides a professional painted, machined, polished, or personalized alloy wheel refurbishing service. With our refinishing tools, specialized paints and clearcoat techniques, our trained technicians repair cosmetically or structurally damaged alloy wheels that are scuffed, scratched, scraped, gouged, discoloured or have peeling paint to like-new condition.

The refinishing process includes re-surfacing, re-priming, re-painting and clear coating utilizing patented paint adhesion technology. OEM-approved paint is color matched to every wheel before repair for a full replication of the factory finish. It’s a highly specialized technique that guarantees a match with the rest of your undamaged wheels for all foreign and domestic cars.

Customization

Would you like to give your alloy wheels a customized look? Alloy Wheel Repair Specialist can change the colour of your alloy wheels to any variety you can imagine for a fraction of the cost of a new set. Some of our most popular colours include: Gloss Black, Flat Black, Hyper Silver, Dark Hyper Silver (gunmetal), Matte White, and Identical Body Matching.

There are also many variations of traditional wheel colour finishes depending on the concentration of metallic within the paint. More metallic usually gives a brighter finish, while less metallic usually gives a flatter/matte finish. If your alloy wheels are already coloured and have cosmetic damage, AWRS is the only wheel repair service that can repair and repaint your wheels to match the colour.

Straightening

Potholes, curbs, road hazards and debris can cause bends to the inner and/or outer lip of a wheel. If left uncorrected, it will not only destroy your tires, it can cause serious damage to both the steering and suspension systems of your vehicle. That’s why Wheel Specialists have devised our own patented straightening process to straighten almost any bent rim – whether it’s a 14″ OEM or 26″ custom rim.

Our safety inspection process requires every rims diagnosis with a highly sensitive measuring tool to find the exact location, severity of the bend and to check for hidden fractures. The damaged area is then straightened to original manufacturers’ specifications with our specialized wheel straightening machines and highly trained technicians.
